In all fairness I have only tried the Lemon Lime flavor but it was horrible. I couldn't even finish my drink. I was really hoping that I would like it as I don't drink nearly enough water so I was excited about the product. Unfortunately it's a big no for me.

I had a free trial, only paid for shipping. I tried these after a night of drinking and could definitely tell that they helped me rehydrate. My only issue is with the flavor while drinking it. The lemon-lime flavor was very bitter while drinking it and then the after taste would be tasty lemon. After I shook it up, my water would also create a foam on top that really wouldn’t dissolve and made it an odd texture. I don’t think it’s worth the price though, if you actually paid for it, when I could just drink a coulple more bottles of water instead.

I love the message and the motive of liquid iv. It tastes great and I feel more hydrated from the electrolytes but I wish it wasn’t so sweet and full of sugar, even though it says the 11g of pure cane sugar are essential to the hydration science. It tastes as sweet as a yellow Gatorade and I was expecting something more naturally lemon tasting

Overall, I really liked Liquid I.V. I liked the lemon line flavor, I didn't find it too sweet. I would add one pack to a 24oz water bottle and it was still flavorful without tasting too diluted. I struggle to drink enough water, so it was nice to feel like I was getting a hydration boost. I didn't necessarily feel any physical difference, but I think the flavor caused me to drink the water faster and hopefully increased my water consumption throughout the day and my overall hydration. I will likely buy again!

I did not like the taste at all. Tasted like soured salt water. Every time my husband drinks it he gets a terrible headache. I plan to buy again (and try a different flavor) to see if we get adjusted to it, since it does seem to have so many healthy benefits listed on the package

So as you can read it made me sick, I started to drink and what ever the chemicals are in it made my mouth swell up and tongue also swell. So as you can guess I am not rating it really high. We have very little chemicals in our bodies so we can not drink diet anything. Same problem. Always need to keep Hydrated

The heat has been excruciating in Florida and when you teach for hours on end you need to keep hydrated. I take liquid IV in the morning before I go to work and then if the day is particularly hot and humid I add one more to a larger amount of water and drink that the rest of the day. Now I never get cramps at night or during the day. I’ve tried two or three other products but none were as Easy to use and worked as well as liquid IV.

I am an avid water drinker, so for me I didn't notice as much of a difference in feeling more hydrated, BUT the lemon lime flavor alone is something to keep me going back! It does have a bit of a thicker taste to it than water, but that is to be expected with all of the extra nutrients. I have recommended this to many of my friends that I know aren't huge water drinkers since trying it and will keep some stocked in my house for my fiance who typically sticks to sodas and tea but is trying to drink more water. Overall a fabulous product!

I Love Liquid I.V.!! Hadn't ordered for a while and I truly missed it. And the new Passion Fruit flavor is a definite hit!!! I never drink Enough water,especially during the colder months but this has helped me increase my H2O consumption!!! Thanks Liquid I.V.

I love this one and I like to drink that with everything I eat during the day. Because it helps me to drink the whole bottle and this will be equivalent to 3 at the end. Now this make part of my daily routine. I totally love Liquid I.V and I can’t live without this anymore.
