I really didn’t think this would work to be honest. I tried it and found I felt better. I take it to the gym. Great for a hangover also. I have found that, on the days I drink Liquid I.V., I seem to be better. More hydrated. Just better is the best way to describe it. I am not a water drinker by no means. I like Gatorade and diet ginger ale. This is better for you and the taste isn’t so bad. I like Passion Fruit the best. It tastes like Peaches. Acia Berry is not to bad. More of a grape favor to me. The Lemon- Lime tastes like pinesol, but that is just my opinion :blush:.

I struggle with keeping up on staying hydrated on a daily basis. Liquid IV has been amazing and keeping me feeling hydrated as well as energized without the fatigue and brain fog i have previously experienced. Highly recommended. Especially if you live an active lifestyle.

I get the worst hangovers, pretty regularly, I've found ways to treat them, but have never been able to avoid them completely. I drank ONE bottle of water before I went to sleep and another when I woke up and not only did I feel fine, I felt GREAT I was able to keep up with 5 little kids at a slumber party that night with no problem! You have a new normal customer!

I had one stick when I was hungover and one when I was dehydrated after flying and I could tell a huge difference after drinking Liquid IV! I just wish I could have tried different flavors instead of just the lemon lime. It was good just not my favorite.

So all the insta bloggers, influencers mention this and it was a free 6 pack sample- only paid shipping. The taste wasn’t that great at first, not sure why I was thinking it wouldn’t have a taste, but reminded me of alka seltzer - lemon-lime- once I got use to that, I do like these and will order more.

Liquid IV was great for my boyfriend. He suffers a lot from hydration. He passes out a lot and ever since he has been drinking one packet a day, that has stopped! He has been feeling better and noticing a difference. We ordered more because we love it!

I got this as a present from the baby registry. Thought I'd try it even though the ingredients are not great. It tasted so bad I threw it out. Would not recommend it, especially not when pregnant. Drink tea or lemon water, or coconut water, way better for you and will save a ton of money too.

I can tell the biggest difference on the days I drink water with my Liquid I.V. powder and the days I don't. WIthout it, my mouth is always dry, Im constantly thirsty and feel sluggish. WIth it, I have more energy and don't struggle with feeling dehydrated all day!! I love the different flavors too! Highly Recommend!!

I had the lemon lime flavor which tasted pretty much like your typical sports drink however a bit more crisp! I am always dehydrated because I just don’t drink enough. I had no problem drinking this down quickly. Very refreshing :ok_hand::skin-tone-2:

Enjoyed it. I’m not a huge fan of lemon so the taste was hard for me to swallow but not bad enough to keep me from drinking them again. My friend said it tasted great though! Felt like it did it’s job, I’m going to order the açaí one and I don’t see why I wouldn’t keep buying it for hydration effect :)
