This is such an impactful powder to add to my water. You feel instantly hydrated and energized. The flavors I tried are lemon and fruit punch. So far my favorite is lemon but I’m probably biased as I like sour flavors. If you feel like you’re lacking energy and don’t want an energy drink, I recommend these electrolytes mix instead.

I have some friends who swear by this so I decided to give it a try and I am impressed as well. Showed it to a dr. friend who said it has all the ingredients that are perfect! I exercise regularly and work in a facility that gets extremely hot so it's always hard to keep properly hydrated. After starting this I feel so much better and I don't feel drained like I used to it!

I know I def don’t drink enough water throughout the week, so I take advantage of Liquid IV on the weekend to rehydrate my body! The flavor is perfect and just enough so it’s not too sweet and it’s so nice to know that with every purchase I’m also helping people in need!

Orders are always received very quickly and this time I tried the Berry flavor! It was good however I’m still partial to the lemon lime. I use it for muscle cramps and if I’ve “over done it” having a little to much to drink. Sure makes the morning easier!

I love and drink water daily. I purchased the trial size to get a feel for the product, and honestly, I felt no difference after consuming the product, other than more trips to the restroom. I also didn't care for the lemony-limey tase and had to dilute it more to drink the solution.

I first experienced Liquid IV on a bachelorette party and wow did it help with not dying on the beach. I then decided to order some for myself as I’m a distance runner and need to ensure proper hydration being in the south. These packets are great for rehydrating after a run and taste wonderful too!

I received the lemon lime flavor since that was the only option available for sampling. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for the taste st all as well as it has a nasty aftertaste. I would recommend offering a choice of flavors or a mix of all flavors to sample as I believe I may have liked the fruit punch flavor but that wasn’t an option.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was easy to use. Just mix a pack into a big bottle of water. It kept me hydrated and tasted good. The only thing is there is 50 calories in it, so if you are watching calories there are lower or no calorie options out there.

I drink one of these a day no matter what. And I am the type of person that wakes up and immediately drinks 12-20oz of water, so it's not that I don't drink water. But this is one way that I know nutrients I need. Now, that cold weather is approaching, I find myself drinking water more slowly, so this is perfect to ensure I stay hydrated.
