It is a great product! I felt more hydrated after a few days. I like the lemon lime flavor most. You should really go to outdoor festivals with this. It would be a great seller. Bonaroo is in Manchester, TN until Sun. People there need to stay even more hydrated in the heat. I even sent some with my daughter.

Its like someone accidentally aadded salt instead of sugar to your lemonade. The directions say to add to 16 oz of water, but maybe it would be better to add to a gallon of water. i dont know. I forced myself to drink a few swallows, but poured most out. NASTY!

I had a promo code for a free 6 pack of lemon lime liquid IV and I absolutely love it! I feel more hydrated and it tastes really good considering I hate artificial sweeteners. My 3 year old daughter even liked it! It’ll be used daily in my house! Can’t wait to try the sleep IV next!

Overall, I really liked Liquid I.V. I liked the lemon line flavor, I didn't find it too sweet. I would add one pack to a 24oz water bottle and it was still flavorful without tasting too diluted. I struggle to drink enough water, so it was nice to feel like I was getting a hydration boost. I didn't necessarily feel any physical difference, but I think the flavor caused me to drink the water faster and hopefully increased my water consumption throughout the day and my overall hydration. I will likely buy again!

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this product but it's pretty great. The flavors are slightly sweeter than Gatorade and have a really good taste. These are perfect for days when I'm going to be out in the heat a lot. One night I had one before a few libations, typically I would have ended up with a headache but no problems!

So, I wanted to try Liquid IV because I am terrible about drinking water. They were kind enough to send me a sample box if I just paid for shipping. Here is my experience (which could vary from others)...I was camping and wanted to be very hydrated for a hike I was planning on doing in the e afternoon so I started my day with the Liquid IV...did not feel any different as a few hours went by so I went ahead and drank a second one. After that, I started to feel really sleepy and did not have the energy to go for my hike, I ended up just napping. For me, being hydrated is important to be able to perform physically so making me sleepy was a bummer and a deal breaker for me. The flavor is great! I definitely enjoyed drinking a nice tall glass of lemonade but I wasn’t thrilled about crashing. Wish it would have worked out.

I really liked the benefits from trying your product. I was getting headaches and no matter how much water I drank I was still getting them. I currently breastfeed my son and I’m always feeling thirsty and can never find anything that quenches my thirst. And Liquid I.V. has done it for me. After drinking a few packages I feel great no headaches and I will definitely order more. Thank you for a great product.
