(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really enjoyed the taste of these, they tasted just like lemonade but sweeter. They were a bit too sweet for me but I think with some extra water added they would be perfect! I love the individual packaging because it makes it easy for on the go.

This gave me what I needed after a day of hiking and camping. I’ve been sharing these with my family and e are all hooked. The portability of these slim packages are easy to store, adds no weight to my pack and easy to open and add to my water while I’m on a trail.

Overall experience with Liquid I.V. was wonderful from the start! The flavor is tasty and the powder dissolves so there is no gritty taste while drinking. 10/10 would purchase Liquid I.V. again. Only complaint- I feel as though the product is a bit pricey/on the higher end of hydration sticks.

I (25f) and my husband (30M) love Liquid IV. They come in assortment of flavors so we both get what we like. Husband hates drinking water and because of Liquid IV has switch to water instead of energy drinks. For me, I have a 6 yo and currently pregnant and this product helps me stay hydrated while running around. One packet is equivalent to three 8oz glasses of water. Personally we add more than the recommendations of water to packet ratio but still an amazing product.

So all the insta bloggers, influencers mention this and it was a free 6 pack sample- only paid shipping. The taste wasn’t that great at first, not sure why I was thinking it wouldn’t have a taste, but reminded me of alka seltzer - lemon-lime- once I got use to that, I do like these and will order more.

So this does exactly what it says it does. Had this after a night of drinking and it perked me right up. I also used it after a long hike outdoors and being in the sun and it really helped get me back in track for the day. I just wish the flavor wasn’t so sweet. I have only tried the lemon lime and hope to try the others to see which one I like better. But I’d recommend this product for sure

When I saw these I knew I needed to get them for my son. He was about to run Beach 2 Bay and getting is gettingready to be a catcher in a week long tournament, I knew he needed to be hydrated. The day of the Beach 2 Bay got here he drank it and it worked very well. He has ran other 5ks and has been super tired afterwards but today it looks like being hydrated has helped with recovering.

I purchased these to keep on our sports bags to have on hand on hot days to help prevent dehydration for my elderly father and hubby out on the golf course. We have not yet tried the product but will look forward to trying in the near future with summer time sports!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

I didn’t know what to expect with my first experience using Liquid IV. I ordered the sample box to try it first and loved it so I purchased more! I hardly drink enough water as it is and hopefully this product will help me achieve my goal in staying hydrated.
