We love Liquid IV and have stuck to the lemon lime. You feel good drinking a healthy lemonade not only when working out or doing activities but in every day life. The price point is comparable to bottled sports drinks yet the health benefits are so much better and you actually know the ingredients which are also much cleaner thank other sports/electrolyte drinks. We keep our cupboard stocked and I have a couple packets in my purse and backpack to have on hand at any time.

This taste so good and it actually makes me want to drink more! Usually I drink Pedialyte to rehydrate and replenish my electrolytes, but I don't like the syrupy consistency of it. I use this to prevent hangovers the next morning and it definitely works. It helps eliminate headaches. Also, it helps to replenish my electrolytes after a long hike/workout.

This is the all time best hydration hack! It made me feel so good inside. I was walking to my class and felt so alive awake and aware. At 8 am I have never felt so lively. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to boost their productivity levels throughout the day! Great flavor great taste all around a great product. Had never tried this but I could tell the difference once I started using it. I drink water sometimes but I felt so much better and had so much more focus after drinking one. Plus the flavor was so good! I try to have one once a day on my plan or at lunch to help fill me up and focus me.

I was a little skeptical of the product saying it hydrates you so much with just one bottle of water. It was a bit salty tasting at first but once it was fully mixed I just tasted lemon-lime.I tried it on a day where I knew I would be out in the sun most of the day and enjoying some beer and cocktails. It was amazing. I drank my bottle of water with the Liguid I.V. before I went out and I did have one bottle of water during the day. I was fully hydrated and never had a hangover. I really like this and will purchase again.

I had a few too many drinks on Saturday night and did not feel so hot on Sunday. I felt completely rejuvenated after drinking a liquid IV and was able to make it a productive day. I can't wait to try it again to hydrate as I am terrible at drinking enough water throughout the day!

I used the product during my workouts and I am usually pretty dehydrated and tired after I finish working out with a regular water or energy drink, but with Liquid IV, I was able to stay energized and hydrated throughout my workout! The flavor was a bit strong, but I got used to it after a couple uses. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

I ordered a sample pack of Liquid I.V., I received the lemon flavor. I drank one first thing in the morning everyday for 6 days. The flavor was very good! I noticed a huge difference in my bloating. I also have headaches almost everyday... they were gone. I will definitely be purchasing this product again!

This made me feel even more dehydrated than before I started using it. Gave me extremely bad cotton mouth so bad I could barely talk. I drank a lot of these because I couldn’t figure out why I was so thirsty. Once I stopped, everything went back to normal.

It seems to work pretty well! We had a moms night out and got a little crazy.... and next morning was manageable and I was able to function and go out in the world rather than sleep on the couch while feeding my kids goldfish. BUT.... my one suggestion .. lower that sugar content and use stevia as a replacement for at least half the sugar..
