I suffer from near-constant dehydration. My skin is dry, my lips are chapped, and water just wasn’t cutting it. I tried Pedialyte because I didn’t really know there was anything else out there. After just a few weeks of using Liquid IV, my skin is soft, and I don’t feel like a dried out sponge anymore. Customer for life!!!!

I’m now a true believer and follower of L.I.V. Complete hydration with an amazing taste. Great for after a night out, when feeling under the weather or just as a great morning beverage to start your day. I know, this review sounds computer generated and fake, but trust this $h!t works! Try it after your night binge with the boys/girls/trans or whoever you party with. Try it during and after your partying on a trip in Mexico.

I used the product during my workouts and I am usually pretty dehydrated and tired after I finish working out with a regular water or energy drink, but with Liquid IV, I was able to stay energized and hydrated throughout my workout! The flavor was a bit strong, but I got used to it after a couple uses. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

I started using Liquid I.V. once a day during cardio workouts and I just feel more energized throughout and when I’m done. I was initially concerned that the sugar in the formula would impact my blood sugar readings negatively but the opposite has been true. You have a fan, a customer, and an advocate for life!

I tried the passionfruit and it was a little sweet in my opinion. Still good especially after I diluted it more. I do wish it had some effervescence to it. I couldn't really tell a ton as far as hydration, but was also working out in 95* heat so it must have helped some.

I usually don't drink a ton of water out of habit. So Liquid IV is the solution to those workouts where I'm chugging bottles of water to stay up, or those mornings after a great night out at the karaoke bar. The taste isn't too bad and it really makes such a difference. I'm actually going to another country soon to volunteer and I plan on getting some more of these for my long work days. Even if you're still skeptical...I'd at least give the trial a try.

I had heard that Liquid I.V. didn’t taste good... but thought the concept of it was worth trying even if it didn’t taste good. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor though. While it’s a little intense, it definitely isn’t bad—especially if you only do half a stick at a time in your water bottle. And I really do feel way more hydrated every time I drink it, even if I’m only drinking half a stick.

Really enjoyed using this product and will continue to purchase it, really improved my energy less headaches and don’t feel fatigue as much! I love this product and now I drink more water more than ever this product really does work and I recommend it for other to purchase and stand by this product 100%.

It was not the best tasting product. I powered through drinking them and I really felt no difference in hydration. I was rather impressed with the sample of the night time blueberry lavender that you included in the order. I only drank half the package and I was very relax and tired but the blueberry flavor was very powerful. Slept well using that item.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I work out fairly frequently and my daughter plays high intensity sports. We both have tried these and liked them. They encourage you to drink a lot of water and replenish electrolytes. I just wish they had a little lower salt content but they tasted great!
