I usually don't drink a ton of water out of habit. So Liquid IV is the solution to those workouts where I'm chugging bottles of water to stay up, or those mornings after a great night out at the karaoke bar. The taste isn't too bad and it really makes such a difference. I'm actually going to another country soon to volunteer and I plan on getting some more of these for my long work days. Even if you're still skeptical...I'd at least give the trial a try.

After trying a ton of products that “claim” to be the hangover cure I was skeptical on trying, BUT so glad I did! After having a wine day with my bff we decided to get margaritas and hit the dance floor. We knew that mixing would mean we pray to the porcelain gods the next am but I wanted to put LiquidIV to the test. It passed with flying colors!! No tummy issues, no pounding headache, no jitters and no foggy brain! This is my go to from now on!! Thank you!!

Definitely can taste the salt and sugar strongly but given the effects of this product the taste is very doable! I’m a nurse so on the days I’m working I don’t hydrate like I should and then when I am finished with my days of working and I decide to go out with friends I’m already dehydrated. Used this a few times now before going out for a night of drinking and I’ve woken up feeling so much better than I would if I would have not taken the liquid IV. Will be buying again without a doubt!

They seemed to work as advertised as far as hydration and she has looked into purchasing these. They did seem a bit pricy but would be something she would use occasionally when she ended up dehydrated.

Orders are always received very quickly and this time I tried the Berry flavor! It was good however I’m still partial to the lemon lime. I use it for muscle cramps and if I’ve “over done it” having a little to much to drink. Sure makes the morning easier!

The lemon lime flavour is tasty and refreshing. Maybe a bit on the sweet side. Only thing is the added sugar content. But it hydrates quickly.

I started using Liquid I.V. once a day during cardio workouts and I just feel more energized throughout and when I’m done. I was initially concerned that the sugar in the formula would impact my blood sugar readings negatively but the opposite has been true. You have a fan, a customer, and an advocate for life!

They encourage you to drink a lot of water and replenish electrolytes. I just wish they had a little lower salt content but they tasted great!

I ordered this without looking at the nutrition (my own fault) but it has almost 14 carbs and is sweetened with sugar! I don't want to drink my calories and this is a lot for a product that is supposed to help with hydration. I wonder if there is a reason they don't use a natural sweetener I think it would be way more healthy if they didn't use sugar.

I ordered the trial pack just to see what all the fuss was about. I honestly was not expecting to be so wowed by this product! The taste is great, I think it’s even better in chilled water. More importantly, I felt SO refreshed and had so much more energy. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how I feel since running out. Will absolutely be ordering more!
