We love Liquid IV and have stuck to the lemon lime. You feel good drinking a healthy lemonade not only when working out or doing activities but in every day life. The price point is comparable to bottled sports drinks yet the health benefits are so much better and you actually know the ingredients which are also much cleaner thank other sports/electrolyte drinks. We keep our cupboard stocked and I have a couple packets in my purse and backpack to have on hand at any time.

I absolutely love this product. I have POTS, and am prescribed saline infusions 2xdaily, but traveling can make that difficult. I rely on these to get me through long flights or road trips, as well as help when I’m feeling a little dehydrated. Best product of its kind! Thank you Liquid I.V!

So this does exactly what it says it does. Had this after a night of drinking and it perked me right up. I also used it after a long hike outdoors and being in the sun and it really helped get me back in track for the day. I just wish the flavor wasn’t so sweet. I have only tried the lemon lime and hope to try the others to see which one I like better. But I’d recommend this product for sure

Seriously! This stuff is IT! I’m a true hater of the ole H2O but suffer easily from dehydration and migraines. This stuff nips my issue in the backside! I was nervous it would taste nasty, but it is really actually good (only tried the lemon). I always have a pouch with me for emergencies when I feel my mouth getting dry or a headache creeping in. Way to go liquid IV!

I honestly believe that the Liquid I.V. has kept me out of the hospital during our long hot summer in Florida. I am afraid it made my A1C go up, I will find out when I have my next blood test. I don't want to have to stop the Liquid I.V. Thanks, Nancy

Throwing in a packet of liquid IV into that bottle of water you are trying to get down after a night out is essential to helping with your hangover. It won’t cure your hangover, but it will help you from not being down and out all day long and getting you that much closer to the next party

I have absolutely loved the Liquid I.V products. They taste delicious and work wonderfully. I don’t usually consume enough water in my day so this product is a huge blessing for me! Being a ranching/cowboy family we are always on the go and working outside in the heat so this product is a must for us!! I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I struggle with a very busy life between working fulltime(50 hours a week) and momlife of three littles. I have a really hard time making sure I am drinking enough liquid. Going from meeting to meeting and then carting kids to practice, doing homework, bathes, etc. doesn't give me a chance to drink the daily recommended amount. As I am still breastfeeding, this was really beginning to cause supply issues along with headaches and all the other negative things that happen to our body due to dehydration. Liquid IV has really helped me get the hydration I need with not having to actually drink the full 12 cups of water a day. I notice a boost in breastmilk production as well when drinking Liquid IV, which is a major added bonus!

The heat has been excruciating in Florida and when you teach for hours on end you need to keep hydrated. I take liquid IV in the morning before I go to work and then if the day is particularly hot and humid I add one more to a larger amount of water and drink that the rest of the day. Now I never get cramps at night or during the day. I’ve tried two or three other products but none were as Easy to use and worked as well as liquid IV.

Other hydration multipliers I have tried in the past have been extremely salty and hard to drink. This one is the best yet! There is still a salty taste, but the lemon lime cancels out most of it. And I felt more hydrated after mixing it with 20 ounces of water than I would have with the water alone. I would recommend this!
