The hydration multiplier really give me the boost I need! With my lifestyle and always being on the go I can get hydrated with just one packet! I start my morning off with it and it really gives me energy! I also drink it after working out and it really helps with my recovery time!

1. I do HIIT workouts so I need something to replenish the electrolytes I lose during my workouts. This is amazing. The lemon lime flavor is actually really good compared to other electrolyte supplements. I can actually drink this one because it doesn’t taste like sewer water! 2. I drank this after a night of wayyyyyy too much vodka. It didn’t totally prevent me from a hangover but I didn’t completely hate myself the next day. Soooo consensus is: I love it I’m buying more.

So i was hoping there was no bubbly taste and there was none! I had the lemon lime and it was great. Tasted like the gatorade flavor actually. Also the sleep stuff i used one night on the AT in a tent and I was out! Fell asleep quick which was great!

I did not like the taste at all. Tasted like soured salt water. Every time my husband drinks it he gets a terrible headache. I plan to buy again (and try a different flavor) to see if we get adjusted to it, since it does seem to have so many healthy benefits listed on the package

After reviewing most of the products for replenishing electrolytes because Im a diabetic this product by far is the best, most have reduced sugars but this product has no sugar and it taste great just like lemonade I love it thank you for thinking about everyone

I really enjoy Liquid IV and how easy it is to get hydrated with all the supplements you need in one packet. It also helps that they have different flavors for you to choose from. Passion fruit is the one I have right now and I can't complain. Excited to try out other flavors once I finish up this round!
