We have used Liquid IV since my husband started the police Academy (several months ago!) He contributes his success to being able to stay hydrated! He uses these 2 times a day in conjunction with a lot of additional water! There is no way he would be hydrated otherwise!! Just hoping the lassionfruit flavor becomes more widely available!!! It was his favorite flavor!!!

Coincidently the day after the box came in my boyfriend had a long night out. I made a liquid iv for him in the morning when he woke up not feeling great. He’s been asking what it was ever since and talking about how fast he recovered. This will definitely be a staple in our house from now on.

I loved how I felt after drinking them, my son liked them before or after workouts and we do believe they did their job well. However, we had to chug them because they have such a salty flavor to them. If that would go away I would definitely give them 5 stars!

Honestly, I’m not sure I noticed any difference in my day drinking the liquid IV. Maybe I needed to drink more than one packet or drink it quicker, sand it would’ve changed my experience. The flavor I got was Lemon lime and it was pretty tasty. Overall a decent product but I’m not sure it did what it’s expected to do.

I love these so much!. they are great to get my water in for the day an stay hydrated all throughout the day at work or the gym. I get dehydrated very easily from having diabetes an PCOS these are so great I can just keep them in my purse or in the car for easy access. I love all the ingredients and safe ingredients.

I am weary of this product. Too much salt and sugar from what I have read about it. There are a lot of strange chemicals mixed into this product. I don't plan on buying any more for a while until all the facts are in on all the ingredients used to manufacture this product.

I got this as a present from the baby registry. Thought I'd try it even though the ingredients are not great. It tasted so bad I threw it out. Would not recommend it, especially not when pregnant. Drink tea or lemon water, or coconut water, way better for you and will save a ton of money too.

Liquid IV was great for my boyfriend. He suffers a lot from hydration. He passes out a lot and ever since he has been drinking one packet a day, that has stopped! He has been feeling better and noticing a difference. We ordered more because we love it!

I was more then a little skeptical about this product at first. I’m one of those weirdos who drinks a lot of water every day already and doubted I’d notice a difference at all. I don’t consume sugars past noon so I drink one in the morning and I have to say I’ve noticed a difference in my mid day lull... as in it doesn’t exist. I’ve also noticed after my morning workouts I don’t feel so thirsty I immediatly drink bottles of water. I’ve recommended it to a few people and given them a packet to try. The flavor is also good. Lemon lime seems almost a little sugary but I noticed if I add it to a 32oz bottle instead it’s the perfect ratio.

My husband and I love Liquid IV. We just started using it and have already noticed a huge difference. My husband works outside and sweats so much during the day. Liquid IV has helped him get hydrated and stay hydrated, which always seemed impossible before he started using Liquid IV.
