No More Dehydration with Liquid IV — we use it approx 3-4 times a week to make sure we are getting correct water/nutrient intake.

Excellent stuff we keep them in our packs while hunting and hiking and then dump them in the water. Great for kids that play sports also

Not diabetic friendly high sugar I can't use it if I can't return it it's going to be thrown away waste of money. It's getting me high glucose sugar levels in my blood

I thought this would just flavor and add vitamins but it was overpoweringly sweet. I dumped half out and added more water and was still too sweet. My grandson loved it so he gets the whole box now.

The liquid iv goes through my veins i could see it and feel it. Living in florida the sun dehydrates you so this is perfect. Also I felt I could breathe better. And had a surge of energy that was constant did not feel a crash. Highly recommend liquid iv

Definitely made me pee more which is obvious proof of it working. I also feel like it helped my acne... the taste was much different than I expected, which is fine, but it does have a tiny bit if that sodium taste and some people may be turned off from that. I didnt like it at first, but was I drank it more I started to enjoy it (and also knew it was more beneficial for my body)

I purchased these to keep on our sports bags to have on hand on hot days to help prevent dehydration for my elderly father and hubby out on the golf course. We have not yet tried the product but will look forward to trying in the near future with summer time sports!

As a single mom and teacher with two jobs, I am always on the go and sadly, I do not often take the time to take a break or eat lunch. I generally will grab a light salad and a hydration drink to keep me going. I chose two packets of the lemon lime flavor and UGH!! It's so bitter and tasteless, I will not be trying it again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was easy to use. Just mix a pack into a big bottle of water. It kept me hydrated and tasted good. The only thing is there is 50 calories in it, so if you are watching calories there are lower or no calorie options out there.
