Yummy. I enjoy this during my peloton rides and sauna sits. I find that water alone doesn’t quench my thirst after a good sweat. Great flavor and salt/mineral replacement.

This is the only product that will relieve severe muscle cramps I get! Mixing one bottle of this does what 4 bottles of plain water does for me. I always carry it in my purse and have some packets on my end table where I sit and on my nightstand.

I buy Liquid IV for my son to use during his track meets, my boyfriend to use when he plays pickleball, and for myself when I workout. It hydrates us all quickly and helps us go harder!

I was happy to buy this at such a low price. Lowest price anywhere for 30. I’ll have them when I need them and for this summer when it’s hot out. If you get dehydrated at all, they’re good to keep in the house.

Out of the 3 times I have bought this item 9 of the packets have come hard as a rock leading me to believe their packing facilities are below standard. Not worth the purchase.

I bought this on an impulse and I am glad I did. These taste great and I feel like I am getting my vitamins without fake chemicals. I am a teacher so this is keeping me healthy so far this year.
