Usually I LOVE Liquid IV. However, the last two boxes i bought have had packets that have hardened. If you mix them they are undrinkable and have a strong taste.

I use one package every day and love the taste. It dissolves quickly and after the gym or hiking is great. I wish they carried other flavors like strawberry but the lemon is one of the best tasting on the market.

I keep this in my house, purse and work bag always. I wish this had been all lemon-lime. I haven't tried the other flavor, but really didn't want to. Oh well!

Good for hydrating and replenishing electrolytes. Wish there was less sugar and possibly an option of at least 2 flavors per box to lessen flavor fatigue.

Not diabetic friendly high sugar I can't use it if I can't return it it's going to be thrown away waste of money. It's getting me high glucose sugar levels in my blood

i get a lot of migraines, not just due to dehydration but when i'm dehydrated they are a lot worse. I've found that these help my migraines. they taste a bit funny but not bad at all!

Love the Liquid IV and Price. Also Love that I do not have headaches anymore. Wish it was in other flavors though. Lemon Lime is not my favorite flavor

Tastes okay. Pay attention to the ingredients and nutritional label if using all the time. I like it as a hydration help when I'm not sure I'll get enough water.

This are awesome! Great for my son who is in sports and great for my mom who is constantly dehydrated! You can mix it in with other drinks and it taste great.

It tastes great and makes me feel like I'm hydrated but it is high in sugar and doesn't contain high levels of chloride which is essential for hydration.
