Lemon lime is disgusting. It’s somewhat drinkable if you use less than half a pkt per 16 oz. bottle of h2o. Strawberry on the other hand, I love! Strawberry is really good

Liquid IV was a lifesaver for me when I was feeling dehydrated and over-heated working outside! Finding this on sale was a BONUS!! We got to use them as goodie stuffers for a water bottle we were gifting our school band, the kiddos LOVED IT!!

Liquid IV is an amazing electrolyte boost. It’s so easy to mix and tastes great. I drink after all my workouts and love the mixed flavor pack now. Passion fruit is a great addition. I highly recommend!

Didn't do much. All it really has is a high sodium content level. What really helped me is the dr.berg electrolytes and smoothie mixed with banana, avocado, and greens like spinach or kale or collard green or mustard greens. Any greens you like.

This electrolyte powder is a bit expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it. My bloodwork said my sodium levels were low, I started drinking this and a month later my sodium levels were back to normal. Tastes good too.

Liquid iv works really well to prevent hangovers. When I drink more than 1 glass of red wine, used to really make me feel bad the next day; taking a liquid iv that night mean I feel fine the next day. Also great for travel when dehydrated.

Love this product! I feel refreshed and hydrated when drinking this. I dilute with extra water. Consuming more fluids while making it taste less sweet. Win, Win!

One of the best investments, especially if you’re going to be outside for any length of time in the heat. Incredible taste and you can truly feel the difference.

I like the flavor and the item overall. Wish it had less sugar and/or used stevia or monk fruit. I know they have a sugar free version but I don't like allulose as a sugar free sweetener. Gives me migraines.

My son is in track and he was complaining about his calves tightening up. They said he needed electrolytes. Took these for about a month and he felt a difference.
