Tastes okay. Pay attention to the ingredients and nutritional label if using all the time. I like it as a hydration help when I'm not sure I'll get enough water.

Good for hydrating and replenishing electrolytes. Wish there was less sugar and possibly an option of at least 2 flavors per box to lessen flavor fatigue.

Since this summer is hotter than past, I find myself a little more dehydrated. I love this powder drink to help with that. It’s easy to mix and has great flavor!

Didn't do much. All it really has is a high sodium content level. What really helped me is the dr.berg electrolytes and smoothie mixed with banana, avocado, and greens like spinach or kale or collard green or mustard greens. Any greens you like.

I’ve been under the weather lately and decided to give this product a chance. I really like it! Taste great! Helps balance the body and gave me the missing electrolytes I needed after being sick!

This electrolyte powder is a bit expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it. My bloodwork said my sodium levels were low, I started drinking this and a month later my sodium levels were back to normal. Tastes good too.

I love the taste of this. I don't need juice or other types of beverages when I am drinking Liquid IV. I especially love combining with a MindHealth product I use for concentration. The taste is so yummy.

best hydrating drink there is. the lemon lime flavor is super good flavor. i drink one every morning, it gives me energy for the morning instead of coffee.

Read the label! These have much more sugar per serving than I expected. I’ll donate the box to our local Fire Department. They taste good and are very convenient - but the sugar is too much for me.

Electrolytes have been a life saver for me, so I appreciate how convenient these are. I would love it if they started carrying a variety pack of other flavors.
