I have an illiostomy and get dehydrated very easily. I drink one of these every day and it greatly improves how I feel

It is very light and refreshing. I add the powder to ice water in a 40 oz cup with a twist of lemon. I will buy it again for the days I work outside. It helps hydrate you quickly. You can feel it

Love the Liquid IV and Price. Also Love that I do not have headaches anymore. Wish it was in other flavors though. Lemon Lime is not my favorite flavor

Didn't do much. All it really has is a high sodium content level. What really helped me is the dr.berg electrolytes and smoothie mixed with banana, avocado, and greens like spinach or kale or collard green or mustard greens. Any greens you like.

Nice product that I like in terms of the hydration and electrolytes. I do wish, however, that it wasn't so sweet. The only complaint I have is that.

This are awesome! Great for my son who is in sports and great for my mom who is constantly dehydrated! You can mix it in with other drinks and it taste great.

I use one package every day and love the taste. It dissolves quickly and after the gym or hiking is great. I wish they carried other flavors like strawberry but the lemon is one of the best tasting on the market.

The first time I tried this product I didn’t like it. It was too sweet. I then decided to only use half the packet in a 16 oz bottle of water instead of a whole packet. It was much better. I think that I will try more flavors.

Liquid iv works really well to prevent hangovers. When I drink more than 1 glass of red wine, used to really make me feel bad the next day; taking a liquid iv that night mean I feel fine the next day. Also great for travel when dehydrated.
