Solid product. I got it for the lower salt content to mix with my other electrolytes. The flavor is probably one of the better ones compared to similar lower-sodium products. It also mixes well with no clumps or particles at the bottom of your bottom. Would recommend to add to your electrolyte rotation!

It’s SO salty and made me even more thirsty. Flavor was so strong I HAD to add more water to even get it down.

I've been using Liquid IV for a few years and find it to be very helpful. It's great after an intense workout and also after an evening of drinking.

The lemon-lime flavor has a really bad taste. I wouldn't recommend purchasing. Also, if you're looking for sugar free, it's not available at Sam's.

The outside of the box was fine, but this box was crushed and both ends where open. The packets were falling out of the box.

Wonderful. Keeps cramps away and replentishes our body after working in the yard. Our physician says it is a great product.

Taste is not very good. There is another flavor that is strawberry much better. Does help hydrate very well
