Very handy, I order it for her and send it right to her door. This is her preferred flavor, the lemon lime. She lives 3 hours away, so it’s nice to know she’s enjoying this and staying hydrated.

I struggle with pots and other chronic pain/health issues and since consistently using Liquid IV, my pots has been feeling so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have POTS and have tried basically every electrolyte powder out there (except sugar free ones) and consistently find that I'm less affected by my symptoms when I use Liquid IV than with other powders. I'm also not mad about the flavors! I would love a flavorless one, but the lemon lime is lovely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's salty, but you get used to it quickly and then you crave it for how refreshed it makes you feel. We keep a vase full of these on our kitchen counter and I make two cups full each night, one for my husband and one for me. We work so hard as parents, and at our jobs. I don't hydrate well during the day. But once I settle in for the night when my kid is asleep, I down one of these while watching an episode of tv before being dumped into the next day, and it always makes me feel refreshed. Like I'm doing right by myself. It's a great product. And I'm picky, so I love that it tastes kinda like a salty sprite. Highly recommend.

Hi! I’m an older individual who suffers from hydration woes. I found these to add to my water, I try to drink a lot of water. Not only does it taste good , but my Dr. says I’m doing much better. I’m glad l found these. I should try some of the other flavors. Thanks❣️

This is my favorite electrolyte mix out of all the others I tried. The taste is better than any other product I've used, and I like the saltiness. Some of the others left me wanting additional salt after drinking. . . I also think the small amount of sugar helps with absorption because I feel less thirsty or dehydrated after a few sips. Finally, the shipping was incredibly fast.
