Every single time I drank this I got a headache. Within minutes. No idea why, but for me that makes it undrinkable. I tried it a few times just in case it was a one off, but no, headaches every time. The taste wasn't horrible, but it won't fool you into thinking you're drinking lemonade or something either. My daughter LOVES flavored drinks and this was the first she wouldn't drink. I'm wondering if that's because it doesn't taste overly sugary.

Living in South Florida in the summer, and for that matter year round staying hydrating when working out, participar in sports or simply being outside is essential. Liquid IV before, during and or after is needed here between to hot temperatures and the high humidity using this products is very important. Purchased for a very good price at Sam’s Club.

I feel like I don't drink enough water, but adding Liquid IV to my water makes it taste great and adds the extra hydration I need. I've been using Liquid IV for years and am so glad that Sam's is carrying them so I can get bigger packages for less money.

This is the best flavor of all the line up. Sometimes I add my fiber supplement to it and sometimes I have it by itself after a workout when I feel like I need a hydration boost. Subscribe and save seems to work well. Some retailers can’t get the timing right but liquid IV does a good job with reminders and flexibility to set the right schedule for me.

My teen athletes love this after workouts and as a morning hydration drink. It has a very refreshing smooth feel when drinking it. I find it to feel better than drinking water alone. Water of course is good alone but is boring. This has a better taste and is easier to drink.

This is my go to product if I want to increase my water intake or replenish after a workout! I use 1/2 of a packet in a large water bottle. It helps me get more water into my system and I truly feel better after drinking it. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

I love the lemon lime, reminds me of Sprite without the crazy amount of sugar. Also, Sam’s is the place to get it - you can’t find it cheaper anywhere else and it’s great for keeping you hydrated. The flavor is great, how it makes you feel is great, and it’s a huge pack, so you aren’t spending an arm and a leg.

I drink daily for the electrolytes, and also find that it’s higher in electrolytes when compared to other electrolyte replacements I’ve tried. I noticed a huge difference in how I feel during long runs and recovery using this product. It’s a needed addition to my athlete training routine. Match made in heaven.
