I feel like I don't drink enough water, but adding Liquid IV to my water makes it taste great and adds the extra hydration I need. I've been using Liquid IV for years and am so glad that Sam's is carrying them so I can get bigger packages for less money.

I add one packet to a quart of cold water and it tastes great. Helps keep us hydrated. Trying other flavors too. I choose this for the ingredients. I cant have Splenda or sucralose, it gives me a bad stomach ache. This is one of the few electrolyte drink mixes without it. Recommended!

Every single time I drank this I got a headache. Within minutes. No idea why, but for me that makes it undrinkable. I tried it a few times just in case it was a one off, but no, headaches every time. The taste wasn't horrible, but it won't fool you into thinking you're drinking lemonade or something either. My daughter LOVES flavored drinks and this was the first she wouldn't drink. I'm wondering if that's because it doesn't taste overly sugary.

I really like this product! It is a great way to get some extra hydration when needed. And it tastes GREAT! I have used it both after a day of wine tasting and on a day when I just didn't get enough water or fluids due to being busy. It is definitely a product I will always want to have on hand.

My wife has been using electrolyte products to keep her sodium levels where they’re supposed to be. We found this product on a recent trip to Sam’s Club, and she decided to try it. She really did not like the taste/flavor of the product, and as a result, has only been using it infrequently. It may be a great product, but she won’t purchase it again.

Love lemon lime - liquid iv- helps with hydration - also helps with leg and feet cramps! If you like lemon lime this is a great flavor- subtle but great flavor- can tell a difference when I drink this or when I don’t! Love to see it at Sam’s club! Way easier to buy there than online! Highly recommend!

I use this product when I’m hiking or doing really strenuous work. Ounce for ounce it has 4x the ingredients of Gatorade and the price is only slightly higher. I haven’t gotten cramps since I started using this product. Walmart has the best price so I buy it there.

Everything isOK with this product - at first, the taste was a bit sweet for my taste, but when I found the proper ratio of water to powder, that came into line for me. Product recommended to me by my D-n-Love after being told by doctor that I drink too much water. ?

Don’t like the flavor of this nor do I like that it is carbonated! I bought two boxes because they were on sale ended up returning only one because I had opened the other box so I couldn’t return it. Definitely not a fan of this item and would not suggest it.

This works well for hydration purposes, however, it has a salty after taste due to the mineral salt. Additionally, it has an extensive amount of B vitamins which you need to be careful about. I was taking a multi vitamin plus this and began getting stomach pains because it was TOO much vitamin Bs. So I cut it from drinking 16 ozs to 8 ozs. Then stopped drinking it everyday as it's too much electrolytes. I now only drink it while swimming, walking or exercising in general.
