I bought this because of the high reviews. In fact, I bought two because of the reviews and I wish I had only bought one to try it before buying more because it was nasty. I will never buy this again or recommend it to anybody else. Give it to someone to try and even they said how gross it was and couldn’t finish it.

The lemon lime flavor is a favorite one of many. This one is made with cane sugar but is only 45 calories and it does enhance the taste compared to the sugar free one. I utilize both types. It is my go to drink when coming inside after being out doing errands in the Arizona blazing summer sun and it restores my energy without adding stimulant ingredients

This stuff tastes like fruit flavored sea water. Seriously I knew it might be a little salty but this is horrid. Couldn't take more than a few sips and I immediately felt like I was more dehydrated and felt sick. I was hoping this would help me be more hydrated during my pregnancy but I'm better off sticking to flavor additions (cheaper and tastier) or plain water. This product is very disappointing.

I purchased Liquid I.V due to very bad cramping in my legs and feet. I drink one packet each day. Within the first week I noticed a difference. My cramps severity went down. Around week 3 I did not have any cramping at all! I even noticed my eyes weren't as dry as they normally are. Dehydration can cause many subtle changes that can lead major discomforts. I feel that this product has really helped me with dehydration but drinking just one packet each day. The taste is a bit better if you only mix it in one bottle but I would pour one packet into my 24 oz cup and drink it that way and it takes away from some of the bitterness.

My teen athletes love this after workouts and as a morning hydration drink. It has a very refreshing smooth feel when drinking it. I find it to feel better than drinking water alone. Water of course is good alone but is boring. This has a better taste and is easier to drink.

Easy electrolyte replacement for after workout or just on days when I'm not eating as much. I am on an intermittent fasting diet (16:8 or sometimes 20:4) and struggle to get my electrolytes and total volume requirements some days. These have really helped. You have to be careful because they have 11g carbs per packet but I actually like to use 1/2 packet per 16 oz water for a lighter flavor. The full packet is a stronger, saltier taste. The lemon lime flavor is classic, but have also tried peach, white grape, and watermelon so if ever offered from Sam's Club, would recommend! Give them a try!

These packets come in clutch! The variety of flavors tastes great. These little packets come in handy; whether throwing a packet or two in a lunch bag, work bag, gym bag or purse, having these hydration packets on you is worth it. They really help recovering after a night out on town. These flavor tastes great at room temp, but it tastes even better refrigerated.

This really helps me increase my water intake and was recommended by my physician for the electrolytes. That said, electrolytes = sodium and the sodium content on these is high (510mg/serving) so I need to be careful with my consumption due to my high blood pressure.

I am soo glad that I have finally given this a try. Insuffer from Gastroparesis (which can cause extreme dehydration) ... Liquid I.V. is a game changer. I highly suggest this product! This is my first box and I am already excited to purchase more. It truly does what it says. Amazing Product!

I have cancer and need to stay hydrated. I bought it hoping it was good. I got the lemon lime flavor and I couldn't be more satisfied. It tastes really good, keeps me hydrated, and leaves no nasty aftertaste. I don't like the artificial sweetener taste most of these drinks have but this one does not have that. I have not tried the other flavors because right now my taste is off for certain flavors. I just bought my second box and will continue to use this. I am so glad I tried it. Even my last blood work showed no sign of dehydration which was a first for me, that's just how good this works. Before I had been using the other two brands but still was dehydrated. Liquid IV resolved it!
