Everything isOK with this product - at first, the taste was a bit sweet for my taste, but when I found the proper ratio of water to powder, that came into line for me. Product recommended to me by my D-n-Love after being told by doctor that I drink too much water. ?

I use this product when I’m hiking or doing really strenuous work. Ounce for ounce it has 4x the ingredients of Gatorade and the price is only slightly higher. I haven’t gotten cramps since I started using this product. Walmart has the best price so I buy it there.

I love the lemon lime, reminds me of Sprite without the crazy amount of sugar. Also, Sam’s is the place to get it - you can’t find it cheaper anywhere else and it’s great for keeping you hydrated. The flavor is great, how it makes you feel is great, and it’s a huge pack, so you aren’t spending an arm and a leg.

Love lemon lime - liquid iv- helps with hydration - also helps with leg and feet cramps! If you like lemon lime this is a great flavor- subtle but great flavor- can tell a difference when I drink this or when I don’t! Love to see it at Sam’s club! Way easier to buy there than online! I add one packet to a quart of cold water and it tastes great. Helps keep us hydrated. Trying other flavors too. I choose this for the ingredients. I cant have Splenda or sucralose, it gives me a bad stomach ache. This is one of the few electrolyte drink mixes without it. Recommended!

This is a flavor that everyone in the household loves. The taste is pleasant and I appreciate that this is a no-caffeine option. The single serve packets are handy for travel (impossible to stay hydrated on a plane without ‘em!) and for daily use especially for active people in the summer heat.

Am EMT recommended this product after i had a heat prostration issue. Recommended it over the two leading advertised athletic hydration aids. It is easy to use, dissolves easily, pleasant taste. I do like it in about 20 ozs of ice water instead of 16 ozs for a more subtle lemony flavor.

I purchased Liquid I.V due to very bad cramping in my legs and feet. I drink one packet each day. Within the first week I noticed a difference. My cramps severity went down. Around week 3 I did not have any cramping at all! I even noticed my eyes weren't as dry as they normally are. Dehydration can cause many subtle changes that can lead major discomforts. I feel that this product has really helped me with dehydration but drinking just one packet each day. The taste is a bit better if you only mix it in one bottle but I would pour one packet into my 24 oz cup and drink it that way and it takes away from some of the bitterness.

I have cancer and need to stay hydrated. I bought it hoping it was good. I got the lemon lime flavor and I couldn't be more satisfied. It tastes really good, keeps me hydrated, and leaves no nasty aftertaste. I don't like the artificial sweetener taste most of these drinks have but this one does not have that. I have not tried the other flavors because right now my taste is off for certain flavors. I just bought my second box and will continue to use this. I am so glad I tried it. Even my last blood work showed no sign of dehydration which was a first for me, that's just how good this works. Before I had been using the other two brands but still was dehydrated. Liquid IV resolved it!
