My wife has been using electrolyte products to keep her sodium levels where they’re supposed to be. We found this product on a recent trip to Sam’s Club, and she decided to try it. She really did not like the taste/flavor of the product, and as a result, has only been using it infrequently. It may be a great product, but she won’t purchase it again.

I am on an intermittent fasting diet (16:8 or sometimes 20:4) and struggle to get my electrolytes and total volume requirements some days. These have really helped. You have to be careful because they have 11g carbs per packet but I actually like to use 1/2 packet per 16 oz water for a lighter flavor. The full packet is a stronger, saltier taste. The lemon lime flavor is classic, but have also tried peach, white grape, and watermelon so if ever offered from Sam's Club, would recommend! Give them a try!

The lemon lime flavor is a favorite one of many. This one is made with cane sugar but is only 45 calories and it does enhance the taste compared to the sugar free one. I utilize both types. It is my go to drink when coming inside after being out doing errands in the Arizona blazing summer sun and it restores my energy without adding stimulant ingredients

Every single time I drank this I got a headache. Within minutes. No idea why, but for me that makes it undrinkable. I tried it a few times just in case it was a one off, but no, headaches every time. The taste wasn't horrible, but it won't fool you into thinking you're drinking lemonade or something either. My daughter LOVES flavored drinks and this was the first she wouldn't drink. I'm wondering if that's because it doesn't taste overly sugary.

I really like this product! It is a great way to get some extra hydration when needed. And it tastes GREAT! I have used it both after a day of wine tasting and on a day when I just didn't get enough water or fluids due to being busy. It is definitely a product I will always want to have on hand.

I bought this because of the high reviews. In fact, I bought two because of the reviews and I wish I had only bought one to try it before buying more because it was nasty. I will never buy this again or recommend it to anybody else. Give it to someone to try and even they said how gross it was and couldn’t finish it.

My teen athletes love this after workouts and as a morning hydration drink. It has a very refreshing smooth feel when drinking it. I find it to feel better than drinking water alone. Water of course is good alone but is boring. This has a better taste and is easier to drink.

I have cancer and need to stay hydrated. I bought it hoping it was good. I got the lemon lime flavor and I couldn't be more satisfied. It tastes really good, keeps me hydrated, and leaves no nasty aftertaste. I don't like the artificial sweetener taste most of these drinks have but this one does not have that. I have not tried the other flavors because right now my taste is off for certain flavors. I just bought my second box and will continue to use this. I am so glad I tried it. Even my last blood work showed no sign of dehydration which was a first for me, that's just how good this works. Before I had been using the other two brands but still was dehydrated. Liquid IV resolved it!

This is a great product, but if Sam's is only going to carry one big flavor pack, passion fruit was a very strange choice for the second flavor. My husband is who wanted the product and he won't touch that half. I don't really like flavored water so haven't tried them.

I use this product when I’m hiking or doing really strenuous work. Ounce for ounce it has 4x the ingredients of Gatorade and the price is only slightly higher. I haven’t gotten cramps since I started using this product. Walmart has the best price so I buy it there.
