First time trying another flavor. It wasn't bad but little more sweet then I like I prefer the lemon lime. Overall does the same job and really works.

I'm an middle-aged dad getting back into martial arts. As I'm working off the pounds, I found that waters wasn't quite working for me. An older family member suggested this, and it works great! I typically use it in a bigger, one-liter bottle (which I need, lol), and it tastes perfect to me in that.

I really like this product! It is a great way to get some extra hydration when needed. And it tastes GREAT! I have used it both after a day of wine tasting and on a day when I just didn't get enough water or fluids due to being busy. It is definitely a product I will always want to have on hand.

These packets come in clutch! The variety of flavors tastes great. These little packets come in handy; whether throwing a packet or two in a lunch bag, work bag, gym bag or purse, having these hydration packets on you is worth it. They really help recovering after a night out on town. These flavor tastes great at room temp, but it tastes even better refrigerated.

This stuff tastes like fruit flavored sea water. Seriously I knew it might be a little salty but this is horrid. Couldn't take more than a few sips and I immediately felt like I was more dehydrated and felt sick. I was hoping this would help me be more hydrated during my pregnancy but I'm better off sticking to flavor additions (cheaper and tastier) or plain water. This product is very disappointing.

My wife has been using electrolyte products to keep her sodium levels where they’re supposed to be. We found this product on a recent trip to Sam’s Club, and she decided to try it. She really did not like the taste/flavor of the product, and as a result, has only been using it infrequently. It may be a great product, but she won’t purchase it again.

Don’t like the flavor of this nor do I like that it is carbonated! I bought two boxes because they were on sale ended up returning only one because I had opened the other box so I couldn’t return it. Definitely not a fan of this item and would not suggest it.

Every single time I drank this I got a headache. Within minutes. No idea why, but for me that makes it undrinkable. I tried it a few times just in case it was a one off, but no, headaches every time. The taste wasn't horrible, but it won't fool you into thinking you're drinking lemonade or something either. My daughter LOVES flavored drinks and this was the first she wouldn't drink. I'm wondering if that's because it doesn't taste overly sugary.

I have cancer and need to stay hydrated. I bought it hoping it was good. I got the lemon lime flavor and I couldn't be more satisfied. It tastes really good, keeps me hydrated, and leaves no nasty aftertaste. I don't like the artificial sweetener taste most of these drinks have but this one does not have that. I have not tried the other flavors because right now my taste is off for certain flavors. I just bought my second box and will continue to use this. I am so glad I tried it. Even my last blood work showed no sign of dehydration which was a first for me, that's just how good this works. Before I had been using the other two brands but still was dehydrated. Liquid IV resolved it!

Easy electrolyte replacement for after workout or just on days when I'm not eating as much. I am on an intermittent fasting diet (16:8 or sometimes 20:4) and struggle to get my electrolytes and total volume requirements some days. These have really helped. You have to be careful because they have 11g carbs per packet but I actually like to use 1/2 packet per 16 oz water for a lighter flavor. The full packet is a stronger, saltier taste. The lemon lime flavor is classic, but have also tried peach, white grape, and watermelon so if ever offered from Sam's Club, would recommend! Give them a try!
