First time trying another flavor. It wasn't bad but little more sweet then I like I prefer the lemon lime. Overall does the same job and really works.

Love It! I suffer from hypotension, so that sometimes I feel as if I going to faint. This product has enough electrolytes to make me feel rejuvenated almost immediately!

I love the flavors and taste of liquid IV. . Whe. You are dehydrated or sick this really helped me . Easy to carry in your purse for a quick fix in the heat. Also good on vakay .

I really like liquid IVs quick hydration solution. You feel better so quickly. Only critique is Sam’s only offers lemon lime for the great discount.There are so many other fantastic flavors, but you’ll pay for them!

I am older but still work outside and find that using Liquid IV morning and evening helps keep me hydrated. In extreme cases I add it to my midday snack time.

These things are great when you have the dehydrated headache or before/after a workout. It really does seem to hydrate you faster than just tap water.

We love the passion fruit flavor of these, but the cost is hard to manage. We allow ourselves to buy one box a month, but it feels like an excessive purchase despite that the flavor is great. It does do a good job of motivating me to drink at least one bottle of water a day.

Every single time I drank this I got a headache. Within minutes. No idea why, but for me that makes it undrinkable. I tried it a few times just in case it was a one off, but no, headaches every time. The taste wasn't horrible, but it won't fool you into thinking you're drinking lemonade or something either. My daughter LOVES flavored drinks and this was the first she wouldn't drink. I'm wondering if that's because it doesn't taste overly sugary.

I find when I take one of these daily I don’t have any issues with dehydration headaches. I share them with friends at work and family who have similar issues and they’re big fans too.
