I’m not sure how well this product works because I couldn’t even get past the taste. The lemon lime flavor I received in the sample pack was terrible. Pretty much undrinkable...

I would recommend this to all the pregnant moms in the 1st trimester. I have really bad morning sickness and i tried the lemon lime flavor because i need hydration and it tastes like sprite without the fizz and helped relieve my nausea too.

Drink this leading up to a party weekend, and any night I drink- I have a bottle of this in water before bed. Definitely feel better than when I just drink water

Great product... I ride with a cycling team out of Mcallen Tx (Team ASN) and as a group we love this product. Liquid I.V keeps us hydrated on our short and long rides. Besides keeping us hydrated, the product taste AWESOME!!!!!!

I was actually surprised how much better I felt after using Liquid IV. It definitely gave me that extra something to get through the day without feeling tired and sluggish. Going to make an order now!

It does exactly as it says I want more cause it helps me drink more water and I feel a lot more hydrated, I am not wowed by the lemon lime flavor, but I figured I’d give it a taste test I’ll definitely be trying other flavors cause I enjoy it

I was dehydrated when I received my Walmart Box and I seen the Liquid I.V. and knew I had to try it. After about halfway of the drink I could already feel better. Highly recommend if you are needing to be rehydrated!!

Liquid IV helped me feel so much better on my hardest workout days! As a nurse and busy mom of 2 it is hard to remember to drink water so this was a necessity

I drink one packet after every workout session to help replenish what sweat out. I always feel 100% in the next hour or so, and my body is no where near as sore as it use to be!

I don’t drink water! Ever! Plain water makes me nauseous because I have a lot of digestive problems. Now I can drink water!! I love the lemon/lime one! The only thing I’d request is more flavors to pick from.
