I really noticed the difference in my hydration levels. The cold weather is kicking my butt and dehydrating me like crazy! So this has been my go to lifesaver!

Can tell just after a day of using the difference, no headaches and just feeling hydrated. I’m not a fan of lemon lime and that’s what I tried first and wasn’t bad at all! Ready to try new flavors!

I was disappointed in this product. Far to lemony for my taste- nor did it make any difference in how I felt. Thank you for providing a very cost-effective way to try it.

Shipped out fast, I feel hydrated after drinking, but the lemon is terrible..I can barely get it down. It taste like the stuff you drink before a colonoscopy.

I've tried both Lemon-Lime and Passion Fruit and they are great. Subtle flavor to get the job done! I drink it once per day and I swear by this when I'm working AND when I'm sick. Thank you!!

The passion fruit flavor is one I have never tried before, however, I think the taste is very sweet and refreshing. It keeps me hydrated throughout the day and through workouts, and keeps me fresh.

I drink this after working out/running. Keeps me hydrated. Lemon/lime is my favorite flavor. Also works when you've had a few drinks the night before. Keeps the headache away.

Loved it and I swear it saved me! I had the flu but the flu didn't dehydrate me like it always does! Liquid iv saved me from the hospital and a real iv. Never using sports drinks again. Ever. Thank you liquid iv!:blush:

So my overall experience was great. I work two jobs that are both extremely time consuming and I find myself not getting enough fluids throughout the day. Liquid IV is super easy to use and will definitely help the dehydration problem!

Within 30 minutes of drinking this, I had to pee like CRAZY! Lol, TMI but that's how I knew it was working because I was so hydrated! I am forever using this as my hangover cure!
