The first time I tried it I did not like the taste - I followed the directions as stated. However when I tried it the second time I diluted it even more and it was better.

I've been using it for the last year in place of another electrolyte replacement. This stuff works great. Tastes great and we issue it to our guys at work when the temps rise.

I love water but this adds a great taste and leaves me wanting more, which keeps in turn helps keep me hydrated. I love that this has so many added benefits as well.

Taste pretty good and defiantly hydrates me. I do bikram yoga and live in Florida so lots of dehydration going on:) I think this will really help me with my workouts this summer.

I love this product. It helped me thru COVID and also with my leg cramps. The lemon-lime is good but I'd like to see a choice of flavors. I'd rather buy other flavors from Sam's and not resort to purchasing from your competitor. Love my Sam's!

I really love the lemon lime flavor. It makes me feel better. I find the price a bit prohibitive, therefore, only use it when I feel depleted. It does pick me up!

So my overall experience was great. I work two jobs that are both extremely time consuming and I find myself not getting enough fluids throughout the day. Liquid IV is super easy to use and will definitely help the dehydration problem!
