Liquid IV has quickly become one of my favorite things to drink while breastfeeding. I have a hard time drinking as much as water as I should and this helps give me that boost I need. Highly recommend! I tell all my friends about it.

I wanted to love this but it was so sugary and sweet that I couldn’t finish more than a few sips. My advice...don’t take a shortcut, just drink more water.

You can never go wrong with this product. This is original and very reliable for great taste. I love drinking this after workout for that extra boost of hydration. I feel a burst of energy when I drink it.

Passionfruit may be my favorite flavor has a good strong taste to it and always makes me feel good when im feeling sluggish from not having much water in me, therefore drinking one of these gets me hydrated and feeling good

Well from my last order, my family loves it! My daughter had the stomach flu and she was dehydrated. I made her a LIV and she felt a lot better and even brought color back in her face :+1:

Well to tell you the truth I really haven't felt any difference since I've been drinking it I drink water anyway so I don't really know what I'm supposed to be feeling

The passion fruit is my favorite flavor. It’s so yummy! Sometimes it’s hard drinking enough water, so I love that Liquid IV tastes good and helps me get hydrated. It’s so great to take to the beach as a yummy treat!

I have been using the hydration packets for about a month. I am so happy with how well they work and how much more hydrated I feel. The best part is that they even taste good!

I love the taste of the flavor in this packet! I water it down just a little bit more than the directions say so it’s not as intense of a fruity flavor but it’s overall really delicious.

This product seems to really work and I enjoyed both the lemon lime flavor and the passionfruit flavor. Occasionally I have trouble getting the powder to mix completely.
