Definitely helped with my tiredness and dizziness. I am looking forward to see if it actually helps with hangovers but haven’t had the opportunity. Will definitely continue to buy this product.

I wasn’t expecting the strong flavor of this. It’s defiantly not just flavored water it almost gives you a shocker effect because of how song the flavor is.

I love the lemon lime Liquid IV - it dissolves well, tastes great and make me feel wonderful post sweaty workouts- something I have struggled with in the past.

I’m not too of a dehydrated person but when I don’t get a chance to drink as much water as I like I drink Liquid IV. The lemon lime taste is wonderful.

The first time I tried it I did not like the taste - I followed the directions as stated. However when I tried it the second time I diluted it even more and it was better.

Pleasantly surprised! I tried the Lemon Lime and although it does have a strong taste I liked it well enough and right after I drank my 1st serving I started to feel better, not as run down as I had been feeling.

The best flavors, I honestly drink this everyday and drink nothing else. This cancels out sodas and other drinks for me. This also keeps me hydrated before my runs and after. This is a necessity to me now and I am addicted.

Not my favorite flavor. Very offsetting smell that is very strong. The taste itself is not bad. Very difficult to mix with different types of fruit juices and have taste seamlessly blended. Overall, not terrible flavor.

Package is cool. Drinking it reminded me of being a kid with a sore throat and my mom would make me gargle salt water. It tasted so salty I couldn’t drink it!!!!
