Helped a lot. Had a few weekend of just debauchery and this was my go to each morning. Even when i was sick this helped get my hydration, and electrolytes up.

I typically get a few headaches during the week and I had thought it was weather related but after using LIQUID I.V. for the past 2 weeks I've noticed that I'm not getting them as frequently. It must be the added hydration!

Loved it. Seen from urinating orange/yellow to Crystal clear after just one tube of liquid if in a 16 oz bottle of water!!! Amazing I feel so good talking it. And the lemon lime tastes so good. (Kinda salty but a good flavor)

I love the taste of the lemon lime and I can definitely feel a difference when I drink it. Especially after a night out of drinking alcohol it’s like a hangover cure! Will definitely be a customer for life!

This flavor was overall my favorite one, it tasted sweet and I took this one before bed after a night of drinking and more the morning after and I felt totally perfect the need day. I would reccommend this product for drinkers.

It’s to sweet for me, when I saw the first ingredient was sugar, I wasn’t to happy to see that. So I just added way more water than the package said and it was better then. Thanks for the samples! Best Wishes! Amy
