I really love this product! I drink this while doing cardio. If it isn’t a cardio day, I will drink a packet for an afternoon pick-me-up. I never drink enough water, so this is helping me stay hydrated.

I absolutely love Liquid I.V. Gives me the energy that I have been lacking because I have been so dehydrated. Don’t like the taste of water at all, but this stuff is great!

It’s been amazing, especially these long work days I have where I’m traveling and driving and can’t always refill my water, I know my liquid IV has me covered

The taste is GREAT! I don’t need to drink water every 5 minutes. For a person who doesn’t drink much water, it really helped me feel more hydrated. Definitely recommend!

Did not know this flavor existed. Felt balanced after trying this one. It comes in a pack of 8 but is also great for a single travel pack. It is like a holy grail and a treat in one. A small system booster for system dysfunction.

Great product! Flavor is delicious and makes you want to drink water even more. Making hydration so much easier. Tip- make sure you add the right amount of water so the flavor isn’t too strong.

I typically get a few headaches during the week and I had thought it was weather related but after using LIQUID I.V. for the past 2 weeks I've noticed that I'm not getting them as frequently. It must be the added hydration!

Really feel the difference! I was getting bad leg cramps in the middle of the night and took this stuff for 4 days straight and I just feel the difference and no more leg cramps!
