My 11 year old used Liquid IV during one of the hottest weekends in Texas during his baseball tournament. He said he felt great and was never dehydrated!

I have currently been trying to drink a gallon of water a day and this has been so helpful at replacing electrolytes and I have been feeling great! The taste is also an extra bonus!

I really love this product and it’s packaging makes it convient and easy to use. I’m not the best a drinking water so this is definitely something I need. I would love it more if it was Just a little less sweet.

I knew I needed hydration because my skin wasn’t elastic and my urine was clouded. Liquid I.V. solved the urine problem right away. Skin getting better, but it will be a longer process. Good product!

I was honestly skeptical at first, but both my boyfriend and I really love the flavor, and I can feel a difference in my hydration status. I love using the packets after hot yoga classes. Will definitely try more flavors!

The taste is fine, kind of salty. But beware...do not drink on an empty stomach or even with a small amount of food soon after working out...made me very sick. Overall taste is fine. Kind of expensive compared to other products.

I wanted to love this but it was so sugary and sweet that I couldn’t finish more than a few sips. My advice...don’t take a shortcut, just drink more water.

Flavor was good tastes slightly salty still but I understand that’s electrolyte drinks and sodium! Pretty good though, I add it to my protein powder to give it a better flavor!

All of the of hydration multipliers work - something about the passion fruit flavor! Strawberry remains my favorite. I wish there was a strawberry energy enhancer. I mix the energy enhancer with passion fruit.

The taste is GREAT! I don’t need to drink water every 5 minutes. For a person who doesn’t drink much water, it really helped me feel more hydrated. Definitely recommend!
