I was dehydrated when I received my Walmart Box and I seen the Liquid I.V. and knew I had to try it. After about halfway of the drink I could already feel better. Highly recommend if you are needing to be rehydrated!!

I tried the lemon flavor and it tastes amazing if you mix it with 24oz of water and add ice. I have had more energy due to drinking more water and have had no cravings for soda.

Passion fruit is an amazing flavor that also accomplished the hydration results I want. Have been using it throughout the winter wrestling season. 10/10

I’ve only used two packets and so far i think they are great! I love the flavor and they make me feel good. I don’t feel like I’m drinking something bad or sugary like i do when i drink sports drinks! Will buy again!

This product seems to really work and I enjoyed both the lemon lime flavor and the passionfruit flavor. Occasionally I have trouble getting the powder to mix completely.

I keep a stash of these on me at all times. Drinking this makes me feel amazing after workouts. I highly recommend this for anyone trying to get into shape or any athletes in general!

I really love drinking a liquid IV every couple days, because after a couple days of working out i start to feel like no amount of water can quench my thirst. This stuff makes me feel refreshed and hydrated.
