Honestly, this stuff is great! I hate drinking water... really coffee is my only friend... but, liquid iv makes me feel hydrated, and it really does taste good :)

Mom, dad and the kids all love Liquid I.V. We are a family of athletes and have used it for that, we’ve used it while traveling and even for someone who was sick. Great all around!

By far the best flavor for LIV. I could live off these if I had to. There is not better alternative for athletes to boost energy for practice and games. These packets are the most valuable source in my household for recovery.

Ordering was easy, I received my order quickly, and I have to hide it from my daughter to keep her from trying to drink it all. Safe to say we both really enjoy it.

I added a packet to my water for the first time yesterday....I’m not a big water drinker...it gave the water flavor and I can honestly say I felt much better after I drank it.

There was a bit of a salty taste to it (lemon lime) but I did not mind it, it wasn’t extreme like drinking salt water, but it was a just noticeable taste. Overall I liked it

I'm always a skeptic but this actually worked. It had me feeling so renewed and going to the bathroom a lot. It's hard to get my required fluids in daily so this is a big deal for me. I got the samples but will order now.

Loved the hydration of Liquid I.V. When I ride Motocross I usually get fatigued while riding. This past weekend I use liquid I.V. before and after my Moto‘s, it gave me more endurance than ever before.

This one was very refreshing and was great to sip on throughout my workouts! I can’t help but grin after a day of preseason because this has me feeling so good and fit! Love this product and the flavor

I loved the product, just wish it came with other flavors as well! Mine only came with lemon lime (tastes like the lemon lime gatorade). I appreciate the Liquid I.V. Sleep sample! I will be trying that out soon!
