I’ve been enjoying this product. I’ve felt like I get less muscle cramps while working out which is a great side effect. I like the flavor - reminds me of Gatorade but without the crazy calories and sugar.

I drink this first thing every morning and again early afternoon during exercise. It is a must to get me going with hydration. I feel better all around once I drink this. Love, love, love!!!!

These packets were life savers at Vegas this past weekend! When we would remember we would drink a bottle of water with a packet in it and we were ready to go again!
