I absolutely love LV. It has such great flavor, & super hydrating! I wanna thank liquid iv for having my back & making sure I stay well hydrated, as I am a busy mom who forgets to drink water some days!

I have been using Liquid IV a lot as of recently to combat hangovers, it does a really good job at helping with them. I take 1 before bed and another when i wake up and feel great!

This stuff works wonders! I usually drink it when I have a headache or feel dehydrated. It works fast and the effects can be felt quickly. I also really like this flavor - it isn't too overwhelming and is easy to drink.
