I absolutely LOVE liquid IV! This flavor is my absolute favorite and I would definitely recommend it! I finished this pack in less than a week and had to get more! So good!

I think the electrolytes helped my hydration but i didn’t expect the drink to be so sweet. It almost tasted like artificial seeetener.....I don’t think I will be purchasing any additional packets .
