I really love drinking a liquid IV every couple days, because after a couple days of working out i start to feel like no amount of water can quench my thirst. This stuff makes me feel refreshed and hydrated.

I really love this stuff! If you’re not a huge water drinker, this will alleviate those problems! Definitely would recommend this and will continue to use it!

This stuff is amazing. It tastes great and it really helped me get rehydrated after a fun night out. Really feel the difference on the days I drink my water with Liquid IV versus the days I don’t. Will definitely buy again!

For various reasons, I experience dehydration too often. I am finding that drinking one of these a day prevents dehydration about 95% of the time and that remaining 5% is due to other circumstances. I will keep this product on hand.

I purchased the lemon lime flavor first and it was sooooo good! Definitely will try other flavors as well. Just purchased the passion fruit as a matter of fact ,)

I’m not very good at drinking the “the daily recommended amount” of of water but with Liquid IV if feel better knowing that even if I don’t drink 8 glasses of water a day I am stil getting the hydration I need! :blush::+1:

Second purchase and I can definitely tell a difference from when I have liquid IV and when I don’t. I feel hydrated, have less headaches, fatigue is a bit better etc.

I could tell the difference between the effects of one regular bottle of water consumed and one with Liquid IV. The taste was a little sweet, but after a few sips, I was used to it. Will keep a stash of these on hand.

I tried all 3 flavors. Passionfruit was the best in my opinion. I used it for a music festival cruise and felt hydrated. Have continued using it since as I know I do not drink enough water.
