I tried these for the first time after a 5 mile run and I honestly felt such a difference with this... I love them and will definitely make another purchase. I also love that it comes in powdered sticks for easy on the go use or for traveling...

The first time I tried it I did not like the taste - I followed the directions as stated. However when I tried it the second time I diluted it even more and it was better.

Love the product. Had a long day out in the sun and didn't hydrate as much as I should, so I took this and felt alot better. I would agree that it felt like I hydrated much faster after taking this.

I work shift work so its often hard to find enough time in my shift to drink water. I love using Liquid IV during my shifts to help me feel hydrated and extra energized especially in the mornings! Highly recommend this product :)

I love Liquid I.V. and will definitely be buying more in the future to help with my 10K and half marathon training! I was just completely surprised with how salty it was!

I love this stuff so much. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. I have so much trouble keeping upe with my water intake and as a result suffer from headaches. These help immensely.

i really like the two I have tried and will be purchasing more. The 1st was a citrus flavor and the 2nd I just finished drinking and it is Golden Cherry

I love how well it works but I prefer the passion fruit flavor. I get dehydrated on a regular basis and this prevents me from having to go to the ER for an IV.
