I had a mild headache when I decided to try the trial pack I ordered. After finishing a bottle of water with Liquid IV in it, my headache went away instantly. I will definitely stock up on these before I head to Vegas this summer.

This is truly a great product. Don’t get fooled by winter thinking you don’t need hydration, you do. I’m enjoying the benefits of this product now that I’m running and working out.

I purchased the 6 pack last week. I've only used 1 packet so far, but I liked it. The directions says to use the packet with 16 oz of water but it was a little too sweet for me so I added more water.

I unfortunately thought it tasted extremely salty using the recommended amount of water. I doubled it which definitely helped but sorta defeats the purpose of one bottle of water = 3.

This stuff is amazing. It tastes great and it really helped me get rehydrated after a fun night out. Really feel the difference on the days I drink my water with Liquid IV versus the days I don’t. Will definitely buy again!

This flavor is so good you feel like you’re drinking juice! I’ve made it a priority to drink this before a hard workout, so I can sweat it out and get the results I’m looking for. Great flavor!

This product is amazing. One of my favorites and the one I’ve used the most. Really good flavor that keeps you hydrated and personally, one of my favorites.

Tastes amazing. I put his in a 32 oz bottle and it made me drink that up so quickly. A little expensive for my taste but definitely a good tasting product.

I actually really liked it. It refreshed me and satisfied my thirst without having a big tummy full of water and running to restroom. I highly recommend this product!

I added a packet to my water for the first time yesterday....I’m not a big water drinker...it gave the water flavor and I can honestly say I felt much better after I drank it.
