I really love this product! I drink this while doing cardio. If it isn’t a cardio day, I will drink a packet for an afternoon pick-me-up. I never drink enough water, so this is helping me stay hydrated.

The lemon line tastes great- though I haven’t seen any dramatic changes in how I felt as far as hydration went. I got a sample pack, so it’s just too soon to tell. Likely ordering again!

The lemon lime taste is very good. This was purchased for my son who works in a nursery in Texas. We’re waiting until the heat hits to see how hydrated this keeps him.

I really love drinking a liquid IV every couple days, because after a couple days of working out i start to feel like no amount of water can quench my thirst. This stuff makes me feel refreshed and hydrated.
