The flavor is light yet still very delicious. I am most impressed with how quickly the powder dissolved. It’s quick and easy to make and really helps us feel well staying hydrated.

I work shift work so its often hard to find enough time in my shift to drink water. I love using Liquid IV during my shifts to help me feel hydrated and extra energized especially in the mornings! Highly recommend this product :)

i really like the two I have tried and will be purchasing more. The 1st was a citrus flavor and the 2nd I just finished drinking and it is Golden Cherry

I absolutely loved the taste and loved that it kept so hydrated with less than normal effort on my part. Will def buy some more. My kids loved the taste also!!

I bought this product for a trip im going on out west. We will be doing a lot of both hiking and drinking. I decided to go ahead and try one to cure a hangover and felt better almost instantly after drinking just one water bottle!

I love Liquid I.V. and will definitely be buying more in the future to help with my 10K and half marathon training! I was just completely surprised with how salty it was!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These are great to add a fun flavour to your everyday boring water. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that there is still a slight artificial/ aspartame flavour.

The flavor is good, probably need to try it for a longer period of time to see if it makes a difference in the way I feel. Will mostly purchase in the future.

I absolutely love it! I’ve been a heat causality 5 times in my adult life, I really wish Liquid I.V. Was around sooner. It tastes great and it WORKS, staying hydrated has never been easier. Thank you for making a great product.
