I bought this to help myself with staying hydrated. I have trouble drinking water and figured it would help. I liked the taste and felt the difference. I’ve already ordered more since I have done airline travel coming up.

The Liquid Iv was a great way to get hydrated FAST and get back some nutrients that I needed. It is very salty tasting which is understandable with the additives. I'm looking forward to trying out a new flavor.

Couple days during the week I struggled to keep and stay hydrated ... I usually ended up with “that” headache. Liquid IV really is keeping me hydrated, no more headaches!!! Wahoo!

Instantly felt better after first time trying. I was just getting over the flu and haven't stopped having them yet. Can't see why I would ever stop now!

I received a sample of the lemon lime. It does hydrate. I just can't get over the taste, maybe the other flavors are good. It taste like a colonsocopy drink with a little squirt of lemon and lots of salt lol. Would be good to cure a hangover though!

I keep a stash of these on me at all times. Drinking this makes me feel amazing after workouts. I highly recommend this for anyone trying to get into shape or any athletes in general!
