I knew I needed hydration because my skin wasn’t elastic and my urine was clouded. Liquid I.V. solved the urine problem right away. Skin getting better, but it will be a longer process. Good product!

I had to divide the mixture in two to be able to drink it. It is good that way though! I love how I am able to fewl more hydrated with less water... of course, I was still urinating quite a bit.

Love the taste and keeps you balanced when you don’t drink enough water. For individuals who do not intake enough during working out, this a blessing.

Wasn’t too sweet which is a problem with most powder drinks on the market today. Going to order the other flavors so I can try those as well. Really liked the sleep version too!!

Perfect to help new moms keep up on their hydration!! It’s hard with little sleep, nursing (if you are), and learning a new roll. Tastes amazing so that’s a bonus!!

Shipped out fast, I feel hydrated after drinking, but the lemon is terrible..I can barely get it down. It taste like the stuff you drink before a colonoscopy.

I like the ease and convenience of this as well as the subtle taste. I don’t feel like it hydrated me “more” in any way..... but tastier water encourages me to drink more water if that makes any sense.

Amazing product. Since I started using Liquid IV I no longer get muscle cramps or heat exhaustion when I take extended Magnet Fishing trips on the river.
