Loved it. Seen from urinating orange/yellow to Crystal clear after just one tube of liquid if in a 16 oz bottle of water!!! Amazing I feel so good talking it. And the lemon lime tastes so good. (Kinda salty but a good flavor)

I don't go anywhere without a Passion Fruit LIV nearby. This is hands down my favorite flavor. I have to slow myself so I don't drink too many in a day. You can feel the hydration kicking in almost immediately. So good!

I loved it, the lemon taste was surprising, but in all it taste great. Some folks complaint about the taste but i have none. It's for hydration not for taste. if you want taste buy a soda of your chosen. stay hydrate whatever you do.

Great company to deal with. I got the lemon lime. The only thing is that I can not do lemon lime. I was excited on trying this product. I wasn’t aware when I received the product that is what I was getting. I will have to try the other flavors.

The package said to mix one stick with 16 oz of water. I did that and it was a VERY strong taste, which would be fine if I wanted it to taste like gatorade. I just doubled the water amount and then it gave me a more subtle flavor.

I really enjoy drinking Liquid I.V. I noticed I had less headaches this week than I usually do, due to not having the time to drink water throughout the day at work.

I use it for my longer trail runs to hydrate without carrying a water bottle. I also drink it before I go to bed if I have a couple glasses of wine so I for sure have no headache in the morning!

On busy days where I usually leave work with a headache dur to dehydration, this helped me to still have energy to complete my 12 hour work day!! I have 4 other friends I gave samples to, that are hooked as well!!

I find it difficult to get myself to drink enough water throughout the day. On average I may only drink 2 bottles of water. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and feeling good all day! I got my husband hooked on it too. We can’t go a day without it!

Shipping was fast. I like the idea of these packs helping to hydrate me, but i honestly think the lemon lime ones are really gross. Tastes like salt water. But I’ll probably try another flavor.
