Liquid IV has quickly become one of my favorite things to drink while breastfeeding. I have a hard time drinking as much as water as I should and this helps give me that boost I need. Highly recommend! I tell all my friends about it.

I was skeptical at first but thought why not couldn’t hurt. I had a headache due to a little to much wine the night before and not hydrated enough the day of. Within a 1/2 bottle I was feeling loads better!!!

I will definitely be buying again, really helps keep you hydrated, I have medical condition that makes me dehydrated often and I feel a difference! Have to try the other flavors, thanks!

I bought this product for a trip im going on out west. We will be doing a lot of both hiking and drinking. I decided to go ahead and try one to cure a hangover and felt better almost instantly after drinking just one water bottle!

After trying I felt a huge difference. I’m horrible at staying hydrated and liquid IV makes me feel better and with the great tastes makes me want to drink my water. Go buy! The sleep IV is also fantastic

I love Liquid I.V. and will definitely be buying more in the future to help with my 10K and half marathon training! I was just completely surprised with how salty it was!

My daughter has POTS and has had to get saline intravenously to be able to function properly. Liquid IV does the job of the IV saline. It’s been an absolute godsend. The fact that it comes in a flavor she likes is a huge deal too.

I have been waiting to get my hands on these hydration packs for quite awhile. This flavor tastes so fresh and is a great say to help with hydration! The product overall is great as they always are!

I love this product and the company!! They are prompt and have been true to shipping time (if not sooner). Lemon lime is great and I can’t wait to try the other flavors.
