I received a sample of the lemon lime. It does hydrate. I just can't get over the taste, maybe the other flavors are good. It taste like a colonsocopy drink with a little squirt of lemon and lots of salt lol. Would be good to cure a hangover though!

I've been very impressed! I'm pregnant and extremely nauseous and because of that it is hard for me to get enough fluids in. Liquid I.V. tastes great and has helped me feel better and more hydrated.

Passion fruit is my favorite flavor in a lot of things so when I saw it was a flavor for the hydration multiplier i had to scoop it up . IT TASTE AMAZING !

I like the taste quite a bit-- kind of like lemon lime gatorade but not as grossly sweet. It made me feel nicely hydrated and I think even a little more energetic!

The taste took a little bit to get used to. I didn't have any negative side effect that I'm aware of. Only used it once a day for 5 days so far. No complaints.

My mom only has one kidney and she needs to drink a lot more water than she does. Problem is that she doesn’t like plain water. She loves these though!!
