This is a good tradition sport drink flavor. I keep a few packets in my purse or diaper bag, especially in the summer for a quick hydrating drink. :) The whole family loves it!

I plan to buy both flavors of this stuff. It was perfect to slip into my purse and made my body feel like a well oiled machine after a workout and into a busy work day.

This is honestly the most disgusting thing I ever drink I was taken back with the salt taste and lemon I nearly gagged and I can’t even finish the rest and I even feel more dehydrated

I like this concept, and it wasn't the worst thing in the world. But, I couldn't force myself to drink it. It was so salty/sour. I might try it one more time mixing with double the water or something. But honestly, I won't be buying this again.

I really enjoyed Liquid IV. I heard about it from a friend, but couldn't believe how hydrated it made me feel. Great for the morning after a fun night out, or when you're feeling dehydrated/unenergetic.

I love the taste of this one. I am someone who has a hard time remembering to drink enough water so this is perfect! Also perfect on the days you have a workout or some activity!

I was a little skeptical at first and didn't expect it to taste that great but it is very yummy and refreshing! I'm looking forward to trying other flavors!

This is way way better then the banna bag, The lemon lime taste like powederd gatorade and thats a compliment because most of these taste TERRIBLE. So the fact this one is delicious is a hugeeee bonus.

I didn’t realize it has stevia which gives me migraines. So I unfortunately couldn’t try it. My husband however used it and said it tastes good. I would love if there’s a version without stevia.

I tend to not drink enough water when I am working out. I just don’t have a strong thirst sense. This product has helped me solve that problem. Tastes great, no artificial coloring. Recommend it!
