I received a sample of the lemon lime. It does hydrate. I just can't get over the taste, maybe the other flavors are good. It taste like a colonsocopy drink with a little squirt of lemon and lots of salt lol. Would be good to cure a hangover though!

I’m not very good at drinking the “the daily recommended amount” of of water but with Liquid IV if feel better knowing that even if I don’t drink 8 glasses of water a day I am stil getting the hydration I need! :blush::+1:

I bought the sample pack just to try this out and I was really pleased with this product. The taste is amazing and I do feel like it helped keep me more hydrated.

I use L.I.V any time I am feeling dehydrated, hung over, and even when I just want a little flavor. I never realized how much hydrations contributed to your overall feeling of wellness. IDK how I ever lived without liquid IV!!

I drink this after working out/running. Keeps me hydrated. Lemon/lime is my favorite flavor. Also works when you've had a few drinks the night before. Keeps the headache away.

I love this product because the taste is nice and it does not leave a weird aftertaste. I do not like water, and I have been eager to drink more water because of this product. I saw this on Nikki Bella’s instagram story! I will purchase more!

I love this stuff! I work nights and I often wake up from sleeping during the day feeling dehydrated. This is the first thing I grab. I feel great on my way to work !

I tried the lemon lime flavor. Great taste and I could tell a difference very fast after drinking 1 bottle of water with 1 packet in it. I felt noticeably better and more hydrated

The flavor was actually enjoyable and didn't have the intense saltiness like pedialyte does. I drank some of this after a night out with friends and felt back to normal a lot quicker than I normally do. I will definitely be buying again
