I absolutely love this product. Having this before or after a long night is the best recovery. Taking this after games keeps me from being dehydrated and light headed.

Liquid I.V. greatly helps when you are on the go and don't drink enough water. You will absolutely feel satisfied after a glass. Also a great remedy for hangovers!
