I was happy with my purchase. The taste took a little getting used to, but I was happy with the product. Hydrated me quickly, without the super-sweetness and sugar rush of a sports drink.

I had flu was very dehydrated so I thought I would give this a try. I noticed a difference within an hour of taking it and will always use this product from now on. I now have my mom, sister, and a couple of friends hooked. Highly recommend!

Great stuff! As a flight attendant (and runner) sometimes I am on the plane all day LiquidI.V. Keeps my hydrated and feeling great! I always have this in my bag never leave home without my LiquidI.V!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the lemon lime flavour. It's not too sweet. The hydration benefits are a plus. The packaging is very convenient. I like I can take them anywhere and all I have to do is add water.

Not only are these super hydrating on a daily basis, but I love using these packets as cocktail mixers and in the morning after an evening of cocktails to get me back on my daily grind!

Loving Liquid IV! Excited that I found a product that doesn’t taste overly sweet or annoyingly flavorful. Has a great flavor profile and is a MUST need on my cardio days! Bonus that it also comes in handy on hangover mornings.

Nice flavor to these but I do wish they broke down in the water a little better. I was noticing some legs cramps and tried one of these. They did seem to help and for that I was pleased.

I love this stuff so much. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. I have so much trouble keeping upe with my water intake and as a result suffer from headaches. These help immensely.

I just happened across this product and am so glad I gave it a try. I hadn't been drinking near as much water as I should so Liquid I.V. has helped a great deal in that regard. And, the flavors are very acceptable.
