I love how Liquid I.V. Tastes great and also helps me stay hydrated throughout the day! Just because it is so strong, I’d recommend adding more than 16 oz of water, but other than that I love it!

This is a much healthier and faster acting option than Gatorade or Powerade. It is a little salty though, so I would recommend mixing it with 25-30 oz of water instead of what the package says.

I was using a similar product before I came across Liquid IV. I tried the lemon flavor and it tastes great. Great to use when you forgot to drink enough water, and also works like a charm for a hangover!

I only tried the lemon and it was whoaaaaa on the flavor. Hard for me to drink to be honest. No matter how much water I added I felt like it was straight powered. Maybe I will try another flavor

I'm chronically dehydrated and needed something I could drink while I was at work that would help. I'm on my feet the majority of the day, and sweat like crazy at work. This drink really helped me step my game up and stay hydrated and energized!

I loved it, the lemon taste was surprising, but in all it taste great. Some folks complaint about the taste but i have none. It's for hydration not for taste. if you want taste buy a soda of your chosen. stay hydrate whatever you do.
