We really liked the taste and the whole concept of it. It’s so easy to do and carry with you everywhere. The taste is great! We will be buying more in the future.

I’m horrible at drinking water and staying hydrated. I’m always so exhausted and have horrible headaches. This taste amazing and from drinking one of these I noticed my headaches are gone and I feel more focused. I love Liquid I.V.!!!

My student athletes couldn’t make it through football season without these. They make it through their season so much healthier and hydrated. The flavors are amazing too!

I really liked this product and will be buying more. As a new mom who can never seem to get enough of anything, I feel this really helped with feeling dehydrated.

I use it for my longer trail runs to hydrate without carrying a water bottle. I also drink it before I go to bed if I have a couple glasses of wine so I for sure have no headache in the morning!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Unfortunately this flavour just isn't it for me and I couldnt consume more than a few sips. Making the beverage from the powder is really easy and straight forward and the portion is a great size.

I was shocked to see the first 2 ingredients were sugar!! I am also a salt lover, but this was SO salty. I also LOVE water, love to drink it. This was hard for me to get down. i had to add more water to delute it from the original 16 ounces.

Really feel the difference! I was getting bad leg cramps in the middle of the night and took this stuff for 4 days straight and I just feel the difference and no more leg cramps!

For various reasons, I experience dehydration too often. I am finding that drinking one of these a day prevents dehydration about 95% of the time and that remaining 5% is due to other circumstances. I will keep this product on hand.

I loved my sample and am looking forward to trying all the flavors! Perfect way for me to hydrate and not get any added extras I don’t want! I’m a fan
