I don’t drink water! Ever! Plain water makes me nauseous because I have a lot of digestive problems. Now I can drink water!! I love the lemon/lime one! The only thing I’d request is more flavors to pick from.

I have only been able to use a few times so far and I can feel the difference! I recommend this for those that want to drink more water and be hydrated.

I try to drink 40oz of water a day but struggle at times. The taste of liquid IV is refreshing and i definitely felt more energized throughout the day. Whatever i have left over in my hydro flask i drink first thing in the AM!

I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Liquid I.V. so far. I am absolutely excited to order more and try more of the flavors! I don’t think I’ve ever felt what it feels like to actually be hydrated until trying this stuff.

I love lemon lime flavored drinks, but this is just gross. It is so bitter! Rename the flavor and call it "Lemon Lime Chewable Aspirin" lol In my opinion, this is the worst if their flavors.

Bought this for my son who plays lacrosse to help minimize fatigue and cramping with warm weather coming. He loves the way it tastes, and it’s helped him avoid cramping. Part of his daily regiment now.

As someone who lives in the desert, proper hydration is a constant battle. Not anymore! Liquid IV not only works, it tastes great and is a good value. The Passion fruit flavor is delicious.

We loved LIV, especially as influenza went through our family. This was something that everyone could drink to keep hydrated. We will be continuing to use them on a daily basis.

I'm chronically dehydrated and needed something I could drink while I was at work that would help. I'm on my feet the majority of the day, and sweat like crazy at work. This drink really helped me step my game up and stay hydrated and energized!

I have Addison’s and Liquid IV has helped me manage my electrolyte balance. I believe it has helped me stay hydrated and out of the hospital. It works !
