This product is AMAZING! I am an student athlete and sometimes am so busy I forget to drink enough water. This delicious product helps me stay hydrated so I can perform to the best of my abilities.

Liquid IV in 16 ounces of water makes the medicine go down! I actually feel my hydration level increase after one bottle and include Liquid IV in water twice per day. Liquid IV makes consuming water more pleasurable!

Liquid IV has quickly become one of my favorite things to drink while breastfeeding. I have a hard time drinking as much as water as I should and this helps give me that boost I need. Highly recommend! I tell all my friends about it.

I got the lemon lime and it was pretty tasty I stink at drinking water so to add this to my bottle of water and get double the hydration it works for me.

Tastes great but is very sugary! If you are into that then great. It didn’t seem to help my hangover any more than a Gatorade would, but could be a more healthy alternative.

Amazing product, after just one packet of Liquid I.V. in water, and I feel like a new person. Would’ve been 5 stars, but it does taste *really* salty and can be hard to get down at first. Other than that, I love it!
