I think the electrolytes helped my hydration but i didn’t expect the drink to be so sweet. It almost tasted like artificial seeetener.....I don’t think I will be purchasing any additional packets .

Awesome product for hydration, I’ve used quite a few others and this is definitely one of the best options available without actually getting iv fluids. My go to on days I need something extra.

My student athletes couldn’t make it through football season without these. They make it through their season so much healthier and hydrated. The flavors are amazing too!

Sometimes I find it hard to get all of my water in, which can cause headaches or lethargy! I love using this stuff when I just need a little extra hydration or right before a workout! Highly recommend!

I find it difficult to get myself to drink enough water throughout the day. On average I may only drink 2 bottles of water. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and feeling good all day! I got my husband hooked on it too. We can’t go a day without it!

This made me feel so great! This is easily my favorite flavor and the results were great too after practice! I was very hydrated throughout practices. Couldn’t get through preseason without it!!

My son uses this 2 times a day to help with his P.O.T.S. symptoms. It has helped improve his symptoms so much that he is not passing out daily anymore. Super easy to do and not bad tasting either, just wish there were more flavor options.

Make it a slushee!! I put a tray of ice, some water, a peeled lemon and two packets in my Vitamix and in 30 seconds, my husband and I have the best after gardening beverage ever!
