I suffer from migraines. I thought this would help. The next day I woke up with the most severe headache I’ve had in a while. I ended up having to get a shot to ease the pain.

This product not only made me feel like i was drinking a lot more water, but encouraged me to drink a lot more water. I loved the flavor and the product arrived super quickly.

I absolutely love Liquid I.V. Gives me the energy that I have been lacking because I have been so dehydrated. Don’t like the taste of water at all, but this stuff is great!

I usually do not like adding flavor to my water due to aftertaste but this taste great! I felt hydrated after and that’s a huge win for me- Mom of 2 I never remember to pack my water too!

I really noticed the difference in my hydration levels. The cold weather is kicking my butt and dehydrating me like crazy! So this has been my go to lifesaver!

Overall, I really like the idea of Liquid IV. It’s like pedialyte but tastes 100000x better! Drinking just water has never been my thing. I put one of these in about 8 to 16oz of water. And it tastes amazing! Highly recommend

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm impressed with the liquid I.V Lemon Lime drink mix, I feel very hydrated after drinking it. I also like the lemon lime flavour, it's not too sweet or sour.

My husband and I are fast paced and he drinks less water than I do per day. These LiquidI.V. sucks are great for when were in the run and in a rush. They make you feel hydrated and great! I would recommend to all of my friends and family.

I work in attics often in my job and normally get dehydrated. But since I have been using Liquid IV I haven't been dehydrated and no more chapped lips!
