This will be a great tool to fight heat stress during summer golf. Cool towels and shade treat symptoms of heat stress but hydration addresses the cause. Thank you LIV for this great product.

I really liked this product and will be buying more. As a new mom who can never seem to get enough of anything, I feel this really helped with feeling dehydrated.

It’s to sweet for me, when I saw the first ingredient was sugar, I wasn’t to happy to see that. So I just added way more water than the package said and it was better then. Thanks for the samples! Best Wishes! Amy

There was a bit of a salty taste to it (lemon lime) but I did not mind it, it wasn’t extreme like drinking salt water, but it was a just noticeable taste. Overall I liked it

I had to divide the mixture in two to be able to drink it. It is good that way though! I love how I am able to fewl more hydrated with less water... of course, I was still urinating quite a bit.

I really haven't had enough time to properly evaluate this yet but I did drink one of the lemon lime and it's too salty for my taste and don't know if I will be able to finish the rest or not. Thank you. Nancy

The best flavors, I honestly drink this everyday and drink nothing else. This cancels out sodas and other drinks for me. This also keeps me hydrated before my runs and after. This is a necessity to me now and I am addicted.

I have tried many rehydration products for my two very active children and this is the only one that they like. Makes this momma happy that it is super low in sugar too!!

I was pleasantly surprised on how much I love this stuff. I have cut down on the amount of soda I drink now. Referred many of my friends to it and they have all started drinking it. I have reordered 7 times! Give it a try...

Great! The only thing I wish I had done, was get the flavor multipack. The lemon lime is just sooooo strong, like 2x the Gatorade one. Other than that, effect is AMAZING!
