My coworkers told me about liquid iv and I got to try it and I’m 100% happy with this product. Sometimes I just need that extra boost and I drink a ton of water but this definitely helps me after a hard workout! I love the lemon lime!

This is one of my husband's favorite flavors so far. He drinks a lot of the hydration Multiplier as he does manual labor outside in the Florida heat! I think it's great for the gym or even when you're sick!

I get dehydrated easily, especially when I’m super active. This is the most effective way to get electrolytes in- better than coconut water. It tastes really good too!

I definitely felt great and hydrated after drinking one pack of liquid IV! It has a great taste, however tastes a little salty, but other than that I loved it!

The lemon-lime flavor is ok. The texture of the mixture in the recommended about of water is a little thick. Overall, it’s decent rehydrating drink mix.

Recently discovered LiquidIV and I love their hydration packets! It makes me feel way better than if I drank an energy drink and tastes better than one too! Also tried the Acai flavor and love it too!

So far I am loving it! I mixed one packet in a 32 oz bottle and man I felt so hydrated while drinking it. The taste wasn’t bad at all. I liked that it wasn’t super sugary tasting but it also didn’t taste extreamtly salty either.

I tried the lemon lime hydration multiplier and it has a very good flavor. It mixed up fast with the water in my container and I was able to drink it down fast. It was pretty smooth and actually quite delicious. I would buy it again!

I love lemon lime flavored drinks, but this is just gross. It is so bitter! Rename the flavor and call it "Lemon Lime Chewable Aspirin" lol In my opinion, this is the worst if their flavors.
