At first I did not realize much of a difference taking Liquid I.V., but one day without it I was feeling much more sluggish and tired. Immediately went back to taking it on the daily!

I love Liquid I.V. and have been spreading the word. When I find I am feeling sluggish or just really thirsty and water isnt doing its thing - adding this product in to get my hydration levels back up is crutial!

At first I was hesitant, but after just one try of Liquid I.V., I love it. It has helped encourage me to drink more water while also giving me the extra hydration my body has longed for!

ABSOLUTELY am obsessed with this product, especially right now being a hygienist with all the COVID 19 changes. This product is not only tasty, but helping me stay hydrated during my workday.

Pleasantly surprised! I tried the Lemon Lime and although it does have a strong taste I liked it well enough and right after I drank my 1st serving I started to feel better, not as run down as I had been feeling.

Im so bad at drinking water during the day but recently LIV has changed that. The lemon-lime is super refreshing during my morning workouts. Its quenching, but not too sweet. It definitely takes the edge off during endurance runs. Thanks team LIV!

I love these! I’m a professional golfer and take this on the course with me! They are extremely helpful with my hydration levels!! I don’t know how I did it before these!

This one was good but my boys liked it better than me. So I let them have the acai + passion fruit while I keep the Lemon + Watermelon for myself :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I didn’t really feel any different than just drinking one bottle of water, other than it tasted so much worse than plain water. Very ‘chemically’ tasting. Not for me.

Good addition to make sure you’re getting enough vitamins, also making sure you’re staying hydrated. I like the fact that this will help with jet lag!
