The best flavors, I honestly drink this everyday and drink nothing else. This cancels out sodas and other drinks for me. This also keeps me hydrated before my runs and after. This is a necessity to me now and I am addicted.

It really helped hydrate and get rid of body aches after an aggressive snow shoeing weekend, but I'm really excited to try it out while backpacking to a mountain peak this weekend and camping in the snow. <3

Did not know this flavor existed. Felt balanced after trying this one. It comes in a pack of 8 but is also great for a single travel pack. It is like a holy grail and a treat in one. A small system booster for system dysfunction.

This stuff works! The first time I took it was after a night of drinking and was feeling tired and little hung over but after just drinking it with one bottle of water I felt like a new person!

I’ve used Liquid IV twice before going to bed after a night of drinking. I woke up feeling totally normal. I’ve told my friends about it and they’ve ordered it and felt the same way about it!

A friend recommended trying these to help boost my milk supply after having my little one. Although I was doubtful, they worked and I have been drinking atleast one a day now and my supply has definitely increased!

This was ok. Not my favorite flavor. I do however prefer plain water and I don't normally drink anything else. I'm not into soda or juices. Just water. So this just might be a personal preference.

I love all the flavors I have tried, but the passionfruit is definitely my favorite! It’s such a great way to stay hydrated without being bored by water!

This stuff is amazing. It tastes great and it really helped me get rehydrated after a fun night out. Really feel the difference on the days I drink my water with Liquid IV versus the days I don’t. Will definitely buy again!
